Geomagnetic

Observatories across the globe are moving towards 1 Hz magnetic

measurements to produce high quality 1 second definitive data. The

precision and resolution of vector and scalar magnetometers as well as

with measuring range and operational temperatures of

declination-inclination magnetometers are essential parameters

involved in generation and production of good quality 1 second

definitive data time series. In this study, we present the

experiential results of obtained differences in the baselines derived

at 1Hz and averaged 1Hz data samples of different magnetometers

established at Hyderabad and Choutuppal Magnetic Observatories, India.

The analyses of these observed differences as well as solutions we

adapted will be presented.
